Reservation Policies for Lilayi Lodge
Terms & Conditions
Cancellations & Changes
- Cancel 8 weeks or more before 10:00 CET on check-in day: No charge.
- Cancel less than 8 weeks before 10:00 CET (or no-show): 100% charge.
- Free date changes allowed if travel is disrupted by airline issues or government restrictions.
- Bookings can be postponed or changed with at least 14 days’ notice, valid for 6 months. Any price difference may apply.
Payment & Rates
- Full payment required to confirm booking.
- Rates are subject to change.

- Check-in: 14:00
- Check-out: 10:00
- Reception Hours: 07:00 – 22:00
House Rules
- No smoking in rooms (designated areas available).
- Keep chalet doors closed when unattended to prevent monkeys from entering.
- Children must be supervised at all times.
- Respectful behavior is required at the swimming pool.
- Do not feed the animals.
Food & Drinks
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed.
- Only food and drinks purchased at the lodge may be consumed in the chalet.
- Room service is available.
Booking Confirmation
- 100% payment required to secure your booking.
Cancellation Policies
- Cancel 55 days before arrival: 100% of the booking total forfeited.
- Cancel 54 days before arrival: 100% of the deposit forfeited.
- Cancel 30 days before arrival: 100% of the deposit forfeited.
- Cancel 21 days before arrival: 100% of the deposit forfeited.
- Cancel 14 days before arrival: 100% of the deposit forfeited.
- A one-night stay is refundable.

Booking Notice
- Same-day bookings accepted until 17:00.
Child Policy & Pricing
- Children of all ages welcome.
- 0-2 years: Stay free.
- 3-12 years: Fixed rate of $15 per child.
- 1 child + 1 adult: Charged as Single Adult rate + Child rate.
- Note: Room-specific child policies may apply.
Payment Policies
- Deposit for stays of 2+ nights: 100% required.
- Deposit for single-night stays: 100% required.
- Full deposit charged within 1 day of arrival.
- Payments accepted via credit card only.
- Amex & Diners Club cards not accepted.
Events Policy
Provisional Bookings
Bookings made on a provisional basis must be confirmed within the number of days specified in the quotation.
Lilayi Lodge reserves the right to cancel any booking that is not confirmed within this period.
Quotations
Quotations are valid for 7 days from the date of issue or as specified in the Reservation Summary.
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking.
Payment
The full balance (non-refundable) is due before the booking date and must be paid to Lilayi Lodge via EFT. Alternatively, an LPO may be provided.
Bank transfer charges must not be deducted from the amount payable to Lilayi Lodge.

All prices include:
- 10% Service Charge
- 1.5% Government Levy
- 16% VAT
