Situated just 20 kilometers from central Lusaka, Lilayi Lodge offers a truly unique experience for your next conference, corporate event, product launch, seminar, or meeting.  Lilayi is the premier setting for corporate clients who wish to take a break from the city. The Lodge offers unique meetings and conference facilities in a tranquil setting that will spark imagination and creativity, keeping attendees focused and intrigued.

For smaller corporate events, clients can take advantage of our modern air-conditioned Lilayi Loft (accommodating up to 20 guests or the Boardroom, which can accommodate up to 14 guests. For larger events, Lilayi’s spacious dining room can be converted into a meeting space that can host up to 80 attendees.

The Loft

This elegant air-conditioned space provides an upbeat, private, creative area to conduct your meetings, hold special occasions or enjoy a private dining experience. This Lilayi Loft works perfectly for either a Boardroom or U-shape set up with space for a maximum of 20 people.

The Boardroom

Our air-conditioned, private boardroom can host up to 14 individuals. Amenities include a mounted 51′ LED Smart TV with HDMI capability, a projector and screen as well as a flip chart. The tea station comprises a variety of teas, local coffee and biscuits.

The Conference Room

Our beautiful main restaurant area doubles up perfectly for your conference or meeting. A beautiful, light and scenic area ideal for larger events. This space is available for a minimum of 20 people and offers standard amenities such as stationery and refreshments.
